📋 Description

• Design and realize key deliverables, take the lead on projects
• Build a strong relationship with middle and top management
• Adapt and implement concepts to meet specific client needs
• Facilitate workshops during seminars
• Coach and support new hires and juniors on an ad hoc basis
• Mentor junior consultants on a quarterly basis

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree
• 3-6 years relevant working experience (or PhD)
• Analytical mind with ability to synthesize
• Fast learner, communicative, flexible, entrepreneurial
• Strong interest in data and AI
• Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills
