📋 Description

• Identify the work processes and propose solutions to simplify and improve them
• Implement the solutions in agreement with the client
• Manage the clients in the change and coach them in improving their performance
• Take up team leadership roles by coaching new hires and juniors
• Contribute actively to knowledge creation and exchange (workshops, publications, seminars,…)

🎯 Requirements

• Master Business Engineering, Management, Civil Engineering, or similar
• 2 to 6 years' experience as consultant
• Outstanding collaborative team player and good communication skills
• Lean, Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions
• Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed
