• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer/Management Engineering, or equivalent
• 4-8 years of experience in leading consulting firms, software houses or IT structures of
• Participation in assessment, design and transformation programs of software development lifecycle
• Experience in adopting AI/GenAI in the development lifecycle (i.e., business requirement analysis
• Experience in coordinating IT teams, suppliers and system integrators, monitoring progress
• Deep knowledge of SDLC processes: demand, analysis, development, testing, release, service
