Senior Content Creator (Contract)

📋 Description

• Ideate, script, film, and edit short-form video for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Threads.
• Translate and adapt global content for the German market, landing formats and tones locally.
• Spot cultural trends and surface timely opportunities for Firefox conversations.
• Own real-time community management across @firefox_de, monitor conversations.
• Build relationships with German creators to authentically tell the Firefox story.
• Bring strong craft and creative judgment from concept to final cut.

🎯 Requirements

• German fluency (written and spoken).
• 5+ years of hands-on social content production for TikTok, Instagram, and short-form video.
• Experience filming and editing short-form video content; proficient in CapCut or Adobe Premiere.
• Outstanding writing and editorial skills in German and English.
• Strong portfolio of social content with measurable engagement growth.
• Deep knowledge of the German digital landscape and Mozilla's mission.
