Senior Content Designer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end content design strategy and execution on a project, from discovery through delivery
• Partner closely with product managers, product designers, and engineers to embed content strategy
• Define exceptional, accessible, and inclusive content that builds trust, clarity, and meaningful
• Wireframe and prototype content work in Figma, adhering to design systems and content design
• Define content design strategy aligned with business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Craft high-quality content for complex product flows, interface text, microcopy, error messaging

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a content designer
• Comfortable with the design aspect of content design
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-changing environment with undefined processes
• Exceptional knowledge of content design principles and end-to-end product thinking
• Experience with A/B testing, UX metrics, and data interpretation
