Senior Content Designer

📋 Description

• Design structured content for reusable knowledge across internal systems
• Transform complex operations into content models, workflows, templates, and docs
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve how knowledge is created and delivered
• Evolve content models, taxonomy, vocabularies, and metadata standards
• Improve authoring with templates, workflows, and governance for quality content
• Prototype and validate content organization approaches using docs, spreadsheets, CMS models, or prototypes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in content design, strategy, IA, knowledge design, or related
• Experience designing structured or modular content in CMSs or knowledge bases
• Collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver content for complex experiences
• Improving content consistency via reusable patterns, templates, or governance
• Familiarity with content modeling, taxonomy, knowledge mgmt systems, governance
• Interest in how structured content supports search, automation, AI retrieval, and scalable knowledge
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills
