Senior Content Designer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end content design for complex, ambiguous product areas that span both B2B and consumer
• Establish and evolve content standards, voice and tone guidelines, and reusable patterns that scale
• Use behavioral data and user research to pressure test content decisions, iterating based on
• Identify content gaps and opportunities proactively.
• Raise the quality bar for content by reviewing and providing feedback on the work of UX, product
• Work with UX leadership to evangelize the value and process of content design.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in content design, UX writing, content strategy, or related field.
• Ideal: experience in consumer-facing tech product or marketplace/platform, and conversational
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Human-Centered Design, or equivalent.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end content design work.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience building or scaling content systems or style guides.
