Senior Content Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Own Kalepa's content strategy, thought leadership, and distribution.
• Build executive and SME thought leadership; grow audience and programs.
• Create content across formats: blogs, newsletters, research, webinars, stories.
• Identify topics, formats, channels, and programs to invest in.
• Collaborate with execs, product leaders, customers, and SMEs to shape Kalepa's AI/insurance narrative.
• Report to the Marketing Director and help shape Kalepa's marketing function.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in content marketing, strategy, editorial, or thought leadership
• Experience building content systems, not just assets
• Exceptional writing and editing; simplify complex topics
• Content that supports SEO growth, audience growth, demand gen, or pipeline
• Strong ghostwriting capabilities; adapt tone across stakeholders
• Curious and data-driven; test ideas and learn from results
