Senior Contracts and Legal Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Contract Intake, Triage, and Negotiation
• Provide independent coverage of Legal’s contracting queues during U.S. West Coast hours
• Triage incoming requests, provide practical guidance within scope, identify the appropriate Legal
• Negotiate commercial agreements including NDAs, MSAs, Order Forms, and similar standardized
• Coordinate with attorneys on complex agreements, non-standard positions, material deviations, and
• Support periods of increased volume, particularly at month-end and quarter-end

🎯 Requirements

• Seven (7) or more years of relevant commercial contracts or legal operations experience, preferably
• Experience independently negotiating standardized commercial agreements within established
• Strong issue-spotting and escalation judgment
• Experience managing high-volume contract intake or legal queues
• Strong project management skills across multiple concurrent systems and process initiatives
• Ability to connect individual workstreams to broader business goals and measurable outcomes
