🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of copywriting with a portfolio across brand, performance, and lifecycle work.
• You have built AI writing tools and workflows with hands-on system design.
• Comfortable moving without full direction, making calls on voice and messaging.
• Proven track record translating product features into business impact and customer transformation.
• Experience setting copy standards via style guides, voice frameworks, or AI systems.
• Strong performance marketing instincts for copy that converts in paid environments.
