Senior Corporate Counsel, Regulatory, Compliance & Litigation

📋 Description

• Lead commercial, civil, and regulatory disputes from start to resolution.
• Advise on litigation risk and strategy to inform business decisions.
• Drive matters through negotiation, settlement, or litigation when needed.
• Advise on and monitor compliance with laws affecting CLEAR’s aviation, identity verification, and biometrics.
• Represent CLEAR in engagements with regulators and government partners as needed.
• Lead the company’s response to regulatory developments and translate legal requirements into practical operational guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of legal experience in litigation, regulatory law, and/or compliance.
• Juris Doctor and bar membership in at least one U.S. state in good standing.
• Provide pragmatic, business-oriented legal advice enabling fast, risk-managed decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, minimize, and resolve issues.
• Manage complex matters with independence and sound judgment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and drive collaboration.
