📋 Description

• Partner closely with G&A leaders and People Business Partners to translate workforce plans into
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing market intelligence, talent calibration
• Proactively source and engage passive talent through targeted outreach, networking, market
• Lead offer strategy, including compensation benchmarking, candidate consultation, negotiation, and
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Relativity’s brand, values, and high
• Maintain accurate, actionable data in Greenhouse and contribute to reporting on pipeline health

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including meaningful experience supporting G&A or
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, senior-level searches—Director level and above—with
• Experience recruiting in high-growth, fast-paced environments; startup, technology, aerospace, or
• Strong sourcing skills and a proven ability to build targeted pipelines for hard-to-fill and highly
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to influence stakeholders
• Highly collaborative team player with the ability to independently manage and own a full book of
