Senior Cost Controller (Ghent)

📋 Description

• Manage and coordinate the monthly cost control and reporting process for assigned projects
• Analyse project performance, identify risks and opportunities, and challenge financial assumptions
• Review and validate project cost control data with Project Managers and operational teams
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of financial information and reports
• Support Project Managers with timely financial insights and performance analyses
• Act as a business partner for project teams and communicate accounting and financial data

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience including cost control, project controlling, audit
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Confident communicator capable of challenging and influencing stakeholders at different levels
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a strong asset
