📋 Description

• Lead reviews and negotiations on a wide range of complex corporate agreements, including customer
• Serve as a subject matter expert on privacy regulations (CCPA/CPRA and similar state privacy laws)
• Manage general corporate governance and continuously refine standardized legal templates and
• Manage vehicle incident claims and handle related litigation or dispute resolution; mitigate
• Handle EEOC, workers' compensation, or general employment issues and related litigation or dispute
• Partner directly with Operations, Commercial, and Engineering teams to proactively identify legal

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; active bar member in good standing in at least one U.S.
• 6-10+ years of legal practice, combining training at a top-tier law firm with significant and broad
• Proven track record as a trusted legal partner navigating commercial contracting, in-depth
• Strong business acumen, ability to learn the business quickly, pragmatic risk-assessment
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CIPP/US, CIPP/E).
• Willingness to work across time zones (offices across the USA and Singapore).
