🎯 Requirements

J.D. with strong credentials and proven success as a lawyer.
Bar admission or eligible to register as in-house counsel.
6+ years in commercial transactions; 4+ years negotiating tech deals (SaaS).
Experience supporting a large sales organization.
Ability to draft/negotiate high-volume commercial contracts (MSA, PSA, NDA).
Proven ability to give pragmatic, business-focused legal advice balancing risk.
