🎯 Requirements

• J.D. with strong credentials and demonstrated success.
• State Bar membership or eligibility for in-house counsel.
• 6+ years of commercial transactions; 4+ years negotiating tech deals.
• Experience supporting a large sales organization.
• Draft and negotiate MSAs, PSAs, NDAs, etc.
• Entrepreneurial, business-oriented legal advice.
• Explain complex concepts to non-lawyers.
• Strong written and verbal communication; collaborative.
• Triage heavy workflow and manage expectations.
