  • Advise People and Human Resources stakeholders on employment matters, including reasonable
  • Review, draft, and update employment policies, offer letters, employment agreements, separation
  • Partner with HR Business Partners on employee relations matters and internal investigations

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years of relevant legal experience combining in-house and major law firm practice.
  • At least 3 years of experience as Employment Counsel and 3+ years as Product Counsel or Corporate
  • Deep knowledge of California and/or New York employment laws and applicable federal employment
  • Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar, preferably California or New York.
  • Strong experience advising on employment matters, employee relations, investigations, employment
  • Experience supporting product and commercial legal matters, including contract drafting and
