📋 Description

• Manage CoreWeave's trademark and domain name portfolio, including clearance searches, product and
• Monitor for infringement and handle brand protection and enforcement, including cease-and-desist
• Draft, negotiate, and review marketing, events, and brand agreements, including production
• Review marketing, advertising, and communications materials for IP, advertising, and other legal
• Develop and maintain IP playbooks, templates, and intake processes, and train marketing, brand, and
• Support the broader IP team as needs arise, such as invention disclosure intake, subpoena intake

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law, with an active bar membership in at least one US state
• At least 4 years of IP practice experience with a law firm, in-house role, or government agency (or
• Strong working knowledge of US trademark law and general knowledge of patent and copyright law
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, ideally marketing, events, media, or
• Ability to manage a high volume of matters, prioritize across multiple stakeholders, and know when
