Senior Counsel, Product Legal (Yield)

📋 Description

• Own legal support for the global Yield Product team from product design and ideation through
• Advise on the legal and regulatory requirements for launching Yield, or equivalent products, in new
• Translate complex, cross-jurisdictional requirements into practical product decisions, including
• Build trusted relationships with Product, Regulatory Legal, Regulatory Compliance, Licensing, Risk
• Develop scalable legal playbooks, launch checklists, governance processes and repeatable approaches
• Partner across jurisdictions and time zones, including with colleagues and product leaders based in

🎯 Requirements

• JD or equivalent law degree and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 7+ years of post-qualification legal experience, including experience at a top-tier law firm or in
• Experience advising on investment products, wealth management, discretionary or non-discretionary
• Strong regulatory advisory and product counselling experience with a reputable law firm, financial
• Experience advising on licensing or the establishment of investment services, ideally including a
• A track record of working strategically with non-lawyers and translating legal and regulatory
