• Own the drafting, review, negotiation, and execution of complex strategic partnership agreements

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school or equivalent qualification, together with an
• 8+ years of legal experience focused on technology transactions, ideally combining top-tier law
• Strong working knowledge of IP licensing and complex technology agreements, including OEM
• Demonstrated ability to independently negotiate sophisticated agreements with experienced
• Strong commercial judgment and business acumen, with the ability to understand the broader business
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex legal
