📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of Senior, Midweight, and Junior Creatives.
• Direct in-house and freelance designers, copywriters, and production teams.
• Oversee creative development of culturally rooted campaigns.
• Own end-to-end process of creating pitches and deck materials.
• Support Brand Partnerships to convert leads into winning pitch material.
• Ensure productions meet Hypebeast standards and client expectations.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of creative experience in relevant agencies/publishers/brands.
• Deep understanding of youth culture and Hypebeast’s cultural space.
• Broad understanding of platforms Hypebeast operates on (established and emerging).
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills and production fundamentals.
• AI literacy: fluent with generative AI across image, video, copy.
• A diverse portfolio of high-quality creative work and leadership ability.
