Senior CRM Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and business process discussions to understand
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout CRM and Speaker Bureau implementation projects, providing
• Analyze business challenges and recommend appropriate solution approaches, best practices, and
• Gather, document, validate, and prioritize business and functional requirements with clients and
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and actionable guidance for
• Support solution design, configuration discussions, testing, deployment, and implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Solution Consultant, or similar
• Strong expertise with pharmaceutical and life sciences CRM platforms, including Veeva CRM
• Experience supporting Speaker Bureau business processes and related applications.
• Strong consulting experience working directly with pharmaceutical or life sciences organizations.
• Proven ability to lead workshops, discovery sessions, requirements discussions, and stakeholder
