📋 Description

• Define educational content requirements, in consultation with internal subject matter experts, to
• Conduct continuous research into your learning audience to stay current on their motivations to
• Use models such as ADDIE and SAM to develop self-paced and instructor-led learning experiences that
• Deliver (and/or coordinate the delivery of) the instructor-led learning experiences that you
• Help define the Customer Education roadmap in collaboration with your broader team.
• Provide consultation to other Customer Education team members on curriculum and content design.

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of three (3) years experience in an education-related role, such Customer Education
• A minimum of one (1) years experience developing and delivering instructor-led learning experiences.
• Proficiency with content development tools for live training material, such as Google Slides
• Familiarity with live training delivery systems, such as Zoom Webinar, Webex, or CloudShare.
• Experience collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) for content ideation and review.
• A strong ability to communicate technical concepts in accessible and concise language.
