Senior Customer Marketing Manager, Strategic Customers

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end program for Tier 1 customers: discovery through launch and reporting
• Build long-term customer relationships and tell stories that create mutual value
• Identify and curate compelling customer stories; secure executive buy-in
• Partner with Sales to strengthen relationships and support retention/expansion
• Lead customer pitches for program participation with key stakeholders
• Develop co-marketing concepts resonating at Tier 1 media scale

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in customer marketing, co-marketing, executive programs, or integrated campaigns in B2B
• Experience running high-touch customer programs at Tier 1 enterprise accounts with complex brand
• Track record producing premium content formats: films, marquee events, integrated paid campaigns
• Familiarity with corporate communications and co-marketing with publicly traded brands
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders with confidence and credibility
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
