Report to Manager of Customer Reliability; provide senior technical knowledge on customer issues.
Collaborate with development engineering to track escalations, bugs and feature requests.
Develop troubleshooting sessions, trainings and guides for CRE staff.
Develop, review and maintain knowledge base articles.
Triage and document bugs and enhancements from the field and reproduction.
Work with Escalation Management on hot, high-touch accounts.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years as senior tech support/escalation for enterprises.
Kubernetes and Linux expertise.
Scripting: Bash/Shell/Python.
Public cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP.
Knowledge of Cassandra, Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, and Kafka.
Systems management, PaaS tools, app integration; English & French communication.
