Senior Customer Reliability Engineer

📋 Description

• Report to Manager of Customer Reliability; provide senior-level tech knowledge on customer issues.
• Collaborate with development engineering on escalations, bugs, and feature requests.
• Develop troubleshooting sessions, trainings, and guides for internal CRE.
• Develop, review and maintain internal knowledge base articles.
• Triage and document bugs and enhancement requests from the field and via reproduction.
• Collaborate with Escalation Management on hot, high-touch accounts.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in senior technical support/escalation for enterprises (container/cloud security).
• Master-level Kubernetes and Linux experience.
• Knowledge of Bash/Shell/Python scripting languages.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud services.
• Nice to have: Oracle and IBM Cloud knowledge.
• Experience balancing multiple challenges simultaneously.
