Senior Customer Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Own executive-level relationships and strategic engagement with enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with customer teams on deployments, architecture, and ops best practices.
• Align customer goals with Sysdig tech using Success Planning and Outcome Mapping.
• Lead Customer Business Reviews (CBRs) and strategic touchpoints with stakeholders.
• Develop deep knowledge of customer environments to identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead hands-on workshops to unlock Sysdig value for customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, or strategic consulting.
• Proven enterprise relationship management across complex organizations.
• Hands-on Kubernetes deployment experience; container-based solutions.
• Cloud-native security, automation, and DevSecOps across AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Scripting and API integration to support and troubleshoot solutions.
• CKAD/CKA/CKS certifications; strong communication and stakeholder mgmt.
