Senior Customer Solutions Engineer, AI Factory, ANZ

📋 Description

• Lead deployment and adoption of Leviathan AI Factory for ANZ customers.
• Own technical relationship from initial design to production readiness.
• Coordinate hardware, power, cooling, and facility readiness with customers and operators.
• Drive workload onboarding, capacity planning, and offtake milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability and expansion.
• Partner with account teams to align success plans with customer objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior/lead-level experience in GPU infrastructure, AI deployments, or HPC ops.
• Strong ownership of customer lifecycle from design to ongoing success.
• Proven ability to manage multi-site deployments and complex workloads.
• Technical fluency across hardware, networking (InfiniBand/RoCE), storage (NVMe), and orchestration.
• Excellent communication with both technical teams and executives.
• Willingness to travel within ANZ as needed.
