📋 Description

• Own executive-level relationships and strategic engagement for a portfolio of enterprise and
• Collaborate with customer teams on Sysdig deployments, architecture, and operational best practices
• Drive alignment between customer business goals and Sysdig's technical capabilities through Success
• Lead Customer Business Reviews (CBRs) and ongoing strategic touchpoints with both technical and
• Develop deep knowledge of customer environments to proactively identify risks and opportunities for
• Lead and contribute to hands-on workshops that help customers unlock the full value of the Sysdig

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or
• Proven experience managing enterprise customer relationships and navigating complex organizations
• Hands-on experience installing and troubleshooting solutions on Kubernetes; experience working with
• Strong understanding of cloud-native applications, platforms, security, automation, and DevSecOps
• Experience with scripting and API integration to support and troubleshoot technical solutions
• Demonstrated success driving measurable customer outcomes and leading executive-level engagements
