Senior Customer Success Manager

📋 Description

• Own, protect, and exponentially grow the strategic relationship for a high-value portfolio of
• Serve as a strategic business consultant and trusted advisor, guiding client executives through
• Partner with Sales, Renewals, and Product counterparts to establish Wrike as the clients' long-term
• Proactively manage a diverse and complex book of North American Enterprise accounts, serving as
• Build multi-layered stakeholder relationships, including Centers of Excellence, with
• Co-create scalable Success Plans capturing client vision and measurable roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Business Consulting in SaaS
• Expertise in change management and building Centers of Excellence (COEs).
• Excellent communication and storytelling, with ability to present ROI to C-suite and VP-level
• Commercial acumen and experience partnering with Sales to build account plans and guide complex
• Ability to run outcome-led Workflow Discoveries and reverse demos.
• Strong technical literacy in system integrations, data analytics, and API webhooks.
