Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field
3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Support (enterprise/eCommerce)
Experience in SAAS B2B software
Strong understanding of ecommerce analytics (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, TikTok Seller
Technical aptitude for troubleshooting integrations and configurations
Ability to partner with Onboarding and Support on bugs
