Senior Customer Success Manager (Financials)

📋 Description

• Maintain meaningful client engagement; be the primary contact for inquiries
• Coach users on terminal, Excel add-in, API, and data integration
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities based on client needs
• Align client goals with Kpler; drive CS process improvements
• Keep Salesforce up to date with contacts, docs, reviews and projects
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Engineering to maximize usage

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a customer success manager, preferably in energy or commodities markets
• Comfortable with data and its relevance
• Ideally experience with Python or R
• Client-focused with strong communication skills
• Autonomous and able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to produce and curate support content
