• Negotiator with high EQ; manages renewals with procurement/finance.
• Build and manage SaaS relationships; balance client and Carta goals; AI fluency.
• Comfortable with CLIs/APIs; build solutions for complex accounts.
• Diplomacy; tact; poise under pressure; tolerance for ambiguity.
• VC/PE experience a plus.
