  • Own and optimize D365 F&O modules for SCM and Finance with GAAP controls.
  • Design and deploy agentic workflows with Copilot Studio, Power Automate, MCP.
  • Partner with Finance for accurate reporting, month-end close, and GAAP.
  • Build Power Platform solutions for real-time supply chain and financial KPIs.
  • Lead cross-functional discovery with Finance, Ops, Procurement, IT; write specs.
  • Implement AI experiences via Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, MCP.
  • Maintain D365 F&O data models; integrate with EDI, Salesforce, etc.
  • Promote AI literacy; enablement sessions and process documentation.
  • Support upgrades, new modules, and release evaluations.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in D365 F&O in functional/tech-functional roles.
  • Deep expertise in SCM, Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory, Finance/GL, or Cost Accounting.
  • Strong Finance and Accounting knowledge; month-end close and GAAP awareness.
  • Experience building AI-powered solutions via Copilot Studio and MCP.
  • Power Platform expert: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI.
  • Analytical problem-solver; communicates trade-offs to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in fast-paced tech or manufacturing with global finance/supply chain.
  • Bonus: knowledge of X++ basics, data entities, LCS, or MCP AI integrations.
