Senior D365 F&O Solutions Analyst

📋 Description

• Own and optimize D365 F&O modules for SCM and Finance with proper controls.
• Design and deploy agentic AI workflows using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and MCP integrations.
• Partner with Finance to ensure GAAP-compliant reporting and month-end close support.
• Build and maintain Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) for real-time KPIs.
• Lead cross-functional discovery translating business needs into D365 specs and user stories.
• Implement and manage agentic AI experiences using Azure AI Foundry and LLM integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O experience in functional/tech-functional roles, with deep expertise in SCM, Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory, Finance/GL, or Cost Accounting.
• Solid Finance & Accounting foundation; knowledge of month-end close, cost variance, AP/AR, financial controls, and translating requirements into D365 configurations.
• Demonstrated experience building agentic/AI-powered solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Automate with AI Builder, Azure AI services, MCP integrations, or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) delivering production solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; diagnose gaps and communicate trade-offs to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth tech or manufacturing environment, ideally supporting global finance or supply chain operations.
• Bonus: Familiarity with D365 F&O technical concepts (X++ basics, data entities, LCS, Azure DevOps ALM) or integrating D365 with MCP-enabled AI agents or external LLM tooling.
