Senior Data Analyst - MarAnalytics

📋 Description

• Design, execute, and optimize experiments across paid channels to raise ROAS.
• Refine experimentation frameworks to identify growth opportunities.
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Integrate data from diverse sources to uncover acquisition/retention opportunities.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Communicate insights to stakeholders from marketing teams to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a data role, preferably at an internet company.
• Strong analytical skills; use data/metrics to test theories and measure success.
• Expert in SQL; BigQuery experience a plus.
• Familiar with visualization tools: Looker, Tableau, Google Analytics, Data Studio, PowerBI.
• Degree educated; quantitative field is a bonus.
• Advanced Excel knowledge.
