Independently lead analytics from sizing to diagnostics using data.
Contextualize analytics in product development planning with strategy and market trends.
Create or improve datasets and contribute to tooling (dbt, Hex, Mixpanel).
Frame experiments using industry-best methodologies to isolate causal effects.
Represent analytics in leadership forums and embed analytics in product decisions.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years in analytics, data science, or adjacent roles.
Experience with engagement loops or retention strategies.
Fluency in SQL and Python or R.
Ability to own ambiguous problem spaces.
Systems-thinking mindset mapping product and business interactions.
Experience with A/B testing and experimentation platforms.
