Senior Data Analyst, Trust and Safety

📋 Description

• Write SQL queries to investigate suspicious US exchange trading activity.
• Field ad hoc data requests from Trust and Safety; deliver clear, well-documented answers.
• Build and maintain dashboards tracking fraud and AML signals weekly.
• Identify abuse patterns across accounts and on-chain data; improve detection logic.
• Document findings in a non-technical, actionable format.
• Prioritize high-risk signals and reduce alert noise with the Trust and Safety team.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of data analysis experience.
• Strong SQL; write efficient queries against unfamiliar schemas and debug.
• Direct fraud detection/AML/trust and safety analytics experience.
• Ability to scope/complete open-ended investigations independently.
• Experience building dashboards used by operations or compliance as a primary truth.
• Clear communication; explain findings to non-SQL audiences.
• Familiarity with crypto or prediction market data structures, on-chain activity.
• Experience writing/detecting logic or rules engines in fraud/AML contexts.
• Background with compliance, legal, or operations in regulated environments.
