Senior Data Center Security Business Operations Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own and manage DC security budget across OPEX and CAPEX.
• Establish RoB with budget reviews, templates, and training.
• Standardize security vendor contracting (MSA/SOW) with Legal.
• Enforce procurement standards and PO processing.
• Report spend metrics and dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Lead or support security vendor RFPs end-to-end.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in PM, business ops, finance, procurement, or contracts.
• Experience managing OPEX/CAPEX budgets with forecasts and variance.
• Strong vendor contracting knowledge (MSAs/SOWs/POs/RFPs).
• Ability to build standards, templates, RoB, and scalable reporting.
• Translate security/operational needs into financial plans and governance.
• Proficiency with Excel, Smartsheet, and ERP systems.
