Senior Data Engineer

📋 Description

• Design distributed data pipelines on Databricks (bronze/silver/gold)
• Build multi-tenant data infra with isolation across cloud regions
• Design graph-based data structures; graph DBs integrated with Databricks
• Own security and governance: RBAC, PII masking, data residency, compliance monitoring
• Establish data engineering best practices: testing, CI/CD, observability, incident response
• Mentor junior engineers and communicate decisions to stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years as a data engineer; 2+ years in senior/staff role
• Deep expertise with cloud data warehouses; Databricks preferred
• Proficiency with ELT/ETL tools (Fivetran or similar) and dbt
• Strong SQL and query optimization; dimensional modeling knowledge
• Experience implementing row-level security and RBAC; GDPR/CCPA/HIPAA knowledge
• IaC experience: Terraform or equivalent
