📋 Description

• Lead discovery-to-scale data pipeline across the enterprise; identify recurring patterns; hand off validated solutions to Platform Engineers for generalization.
• Design and build data integration, storage systems, and infrastructure enabling analytics and AI capabilities.
• Exercise high autonomy, define direction within strategic goals, influence multiple teams, and navigate ambiguity to deliver business results.
• Bridge between building technical products and solving real-world business problems through rapid solution delivery and domain immersion.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering; 8–12 years of relevant experience leading complex data engineering projects.
• Enterprise Data Integration & Architecture: robust pipelines (ETL/ELT); handle undocumented schemas; resilient integration for high-volume data.
• Cloud-Native Data Ecosystems: AWS/Azure/GCP; IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation); CI/CD for data solutions.
• Advanced Data Modeling: conceptual, logical, and physical modeling; balance normalization and performance; manage production migrations.
• AI/MLOps Readiness: incorporate AI tools to optimize workflows; data validation/evaluation frameworks for AI/ML governance.
• Architectural Leadership & SRE: make architectural trade-offs; design scalable components; define/monitor SLOs/SLIs; post-incident improvements.
