📋 Description

• Partner with product leaders to define and measure goal metrics
• Design and analyze A/B tests and causal analyses
• Accelerate product learning with experimentation and measurement
• Analyze opportunities to inform roadmap prioritization
• Build narratives from data to influence decisions at all levels
• Identify friction across the customer lifecycle and translate to action

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a data scientist or analyst
• Expertise in experimental design, causal inference, statistics
• Excellent communication and data storytelling
• Fluent in SQL
• Proficient in Python for reproducible analysis
• Experience with cloud data stack (Snowflake, dbt)
