Senior Data Scientist

📋 Description

• Build data pipelines and dashboards for timely, actionable insights.
• Design and run A/B tests; apply causal inference to measure impact.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve Ad Quality and Ads Products.
• Analyze structured and unstructured data and share insights with stakeholders.
• Develop analytics tools, models, alerts, and testing frameworks for metrics.
• Deliver presentations to executives with findings and recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree and 5+ years in analytics, or master’s/PhD with 3+ years.
• Strong SQL skills and Looker experience.
• Experience with R or Python for data analysis and modeling.
• Strong experimental design and causal inference, including A/B testing.
• Experience with forecasting models such as SARIMA, Prophet, TFT.
• Experience with advertising systems, programmatic advertising, and advertising identity.
