Design, build, and maintain production data pipelines and ML models for risk adjustment.
Partner with Actuarial and Risk Adjustment teams to automate manual processes.
Owns projects end-to-end: scope, design, implement, validate, iterate.
Collaborate with data and business counterparts across functions.
Mentor junior data scientists and help shape the roadmap.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years in quantitative field or industry.
3+ years using SQL and Python to query, manipulate, and analyze data.
3+ years building data models and applying analytics, statistics, or data processing.
Experience designing and maintaining production data pipelines with version control, code reviews, and testing.
