📋 Description

• Own the Data Science strategy for RC Capital, building underwriting and fraud foundations.
• Develop models for lead qualification, anomaly detection, fraud, and underwriting.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to wire risk signals into flows and decisioning.
• Analyze cross‑platform revenue data to improve underwriting models.
• Build mechanisms to measure impact and prioritize data initiatives.
• Own the long‑term data vision for RC Capital in a fast‑moving environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of data science experience, ideally fintech, credit, or payments.
• Deep expertise in fraud and/or underwriting; balance risk and growth.
• Expert in SQL and Python; build, deploy, and monitor models in production.
• Understand mobile apps or developer ecosystems, or eager to learn the space.
• Owner mindset; take initiative; treat RevenueCat assets as your own.
• Thrive in ambiguity; systems thinker; automate and scale.
