📋 Description

• As Canva scales, contribute to data-informed video product decisions in the Video Group within
• Validate UX changes through experiments with Product, Design and Engineering; measure impact and
• Build dashboards to monitor performance metrics (latency, error rates) and user adoption/retention
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design to identify opportunities for rapid

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record using data to influence business decisions and drive growth.
• Strong fundamentals: hypothesis-driven problem solving, SQL, numerical reasoning, metric design and
• Experience with experimentation, analytic event design, and data warehouses.
• Comfort with large datasets in R or Python.
• Experience in tech companies with customer-facing web or mobile products; knowledge of product
• Experience in social media or media agencies with exposure to video analytics/content production
