Senior Database Administrator (DBA)

📋 Description

• Own the performance, availability, reliability, and scalability of production database environments
• Design, implement, and maintain robust backup, replication, high-availability, and disaster
• Plan and execute database deployments, migrations, schema changes, and other infrastructure updates
• Provide after-hours and on-call support for critical deployments and production database incidents
• Monitor database health, identify performance bottlenecks, investigate incidents, and implement
• Partner with Engineering teams to design scalable and resilient data architectures that support new

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Database Administrator, Database Engineer, or in a
• Strong hands-on production experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Proven expertise in database backup and recovery, replication, high-availability architectures, and
• Experience supporting production deployments, migrations, and database changes, including
• Strong troubleshooting and performance-tuning skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve
• Experience designing or supporting scalable database architectures in production environments.
