Senior Deal Desk Analyst, APAC

📋 Description

• Partner with AEs at every deal stage on structure, pricing and negotiation, not just at contracting
• Build scenario-based pricing models (usage projections, ARR impact, credit allotment sizing) and
• Act as the expert on Harvey’s move to consumption-based pricing, and help AEs explain it to law
• Handle redlines and non-standard requests with Legal, Finance and Product; summarize and escalate
• Build and maintain field-facing playbooks covering what is allowed, fallback positions and approval
• Deliver enablement to the APAC field on pricing and deal best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Deal Desk, Commercial or Sales Operations, or RevOps supporting deal construction, with
• Experience with consumption or usage-based pricing (big data, cloud infrastructure or AI platforms
• Pricing models and scenario analyses you built yourself and used in live deals
• Experience with Salesforce and CPQ (e.g. Salesforce CPQ, DealHub) and quote-to-cash processes
• Experience delivering field enablement and creating playbooks or process documentation
• Clear, concise and measured communication with AEs, executives and cross-functional partners
