🎯 Requirements

15+ years in Professional Services delivery; led large teams (25+) with financial targets
Strong management consulting experience
Proven PMO leadership experience in a Consulting/Professional Services org
End-to-end PMO governance experience
Collaborative, high-performing team builder; escalations owner
Process improvement and optimization focus
