Senior Delivery Manager, WebShop

📋 Description

• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, Analytics, Marketing, Project Managers
• Maintain visibility into dependencies, timelines, priorities, and risks across teams
• Proactively identify areas where teams are becoming misaligned and drive the conversations
• Ensure stakeholders understand both what the team is doing and how individual activities connect to
• Run and facilitate engineering scrum ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, refinement
• Ensure teams leave meetings with clear decisions, owners, and next steps

• Able to communicate effectively across technical, product, and business teams
